Rental Program FAQs

Credit Card Information

Please be advised that for Rentals ordered online valid credit card information will be requested by one of our agents in order to complete Rental Agreement. Your credit card will not be charged extra unless you keep your Rental product longer than the rental term ordered online.

Rental Agreement Extension

The rental agreement will be extended automatically at the end of the current term unless advised otherwise by the customer. After the first month, a weekly rental option is available upon the customer’s request. Please call our Customer Service at +1 905-451-7743 to arrange an optional weekly rental before the conclusion of the first month’s rental.

Rental Product Delivery Area

Our regular delivery area for Rental Products include TORONTO, VAUGHAN, MARKHAM, RICHMOND HILL, MISSISSAUGA, BRAMPTON, SCARBOROUGH.

For deliveries outside this area please call our Customer Service to make arrangements.

Delivery Charges

We try to keep delivery charges to a minimum, however, if the delivery address is outside 30km radius from our Rentals Location (GTA), additional delivery charges may apply. Our rentals delivery coordinator will call you to arrange delivery at the best possible rate.

Scheduling Delivery

We always try to accommodate our customers as much as possible when it comes to delivery. On delivery day, we will be glad to provide you with a window of 2-3 hours within which delivery will occur.

Purchase after Rent

Total Rental Charge could be applied to the future purchase of a new equal product at a regular price as per the item rented within 30 Days of the Rental period commencement date. This offer is not available for products that are currently on sale or part of a promotion.
